Monday, June 17, 2024 · 6–8 pm

Fredericksburg, Virginia

Botanical Bites & Provisions, LLC, is a small, 10-acre, family-owned farm and business located just outside Fredericksburg, Virginia. Thomas and Anita Roberson, owners of the farm, grow and market a variety of cut flowers and other products. The Robersons will demonstrate how to make bouquets, including planning, selecting and arranging flowers, choosing bouquet-making supplies, and more. Learn the basics of harvesting, storage, transportation, and pricing your flowers for the market. There will be a comprehensive discussion about preparing your cut flowers for display and selling at farmers markets, and a checklist of items you will need for your farmers’ market display will be provided. Participants can also tour the farm fields and high tunnel operation.
