Health Educator
Petersburg Cooperative Extension
Jaelyn Munson is a Health Educator with Virginia Cooperative Extension in Petersburg and has been leading the DPP as a Lifestyle Coach since 2020.
She is a native of Central Virginia and graduated with a bachelor's from Brigham Young University in Utah and is currently working on a Masters in Applied Nutrition and Physical Activity from Virginia Tech. She has been with Cooperative Extension for two years and enjoys working with the community in Petersburg.
Jaelyn is working on a variety of health promotion programs in Petersburg, and is happy to add the Diabetes Prevention Program to her offerings to the community.
