Preventing Wildlife Predation

USDA Wildlife Services will discuss management options to prevent wildlife predation on livestock and poultry in Virginia. The primary issues related to predation on livestock in Virginia involve coyotes and black vultures. A variety of mammal and avian species are also involved in predation on poultry. Presentations will address the methods to prevent and resolve predation. In addition, Wildlife Services will present information on the protection of crops from Canada geese and deer. There will be a question and answer period at the end of the formal presentation!
