Thursday, March 12, 2026 • 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Microsoft Teams Virtual Meeting

This workshop will focus on increasing farm efficiency and profitability using high tunnels to begin the growing season earlier and extend it longer. It features professor Dr. Sanjun Gu, Virginia State University Extension Specialist of Horticulture and SARE (Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education) Coordinator for Virginia. Dr. Gu will draw on decades of personal research work related to vegetable production using low tunnels and high tunnels to help you prepare for the 2026 growing season.
