Precision Agricultural Practices for Small Farmers

Wednesday, March 25, 2026 • 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

9432 North James Madison Highway Rapidan, VA, 22733

Farmers and growers will learn about precision agricultural practices that are economical for their use and how they can improve crop yields. We will learn about the technologies currently in use, and how each can be beneficial to improve the soil and plant health. We will discuss how to make applications on areas less than one acre in size if needed, and how important keeping good records is to improving yields and quality of items harvested. We will also learn about how to reduce variability in the field, and why some soil will perform better than others
