A "native plant walk" is an organized event or tour to explore and learn about local indigenous plants.

These walks often take place in parks, gardens or natural areas and are led by experts like Master

Gardeners or members of a native plant society. The purpose is to educate participants on plant

identification, the role these plants play in the ecosystem, and how to use them in gardening
