In this workshop presented by SFOP Program Assistant Tracy Porter, participants will learn how to develop and manage a small farm poultry enterprise. Topics will include, selecting the best breeds for egg and meat production, daily management, housing and fencing, predator management, rations, disease and insect management, safe marketing of eggs and meat animals, etc.
