Flower Field Walk and Demonstration

Susan Cheek will lead us on a walk through the flower field at Randolph Farm’s VSU SFOP plot. This tour is to provide a glimpse of the farm to our audience of all experience levels. The tour includes a demonstration of field management, cut-flower harvesting and handling in the field and after. The purpose of this tour is to educate those interested in cutflower growing of some practices to make their field or garden more productive and how to keep their flowers fresher for a longer period of time.
