Roots 2 Relics Forestry Camp

Join us for Roots 2 Relics Forestry Camp, an engaging three-day hands-on camp for curious minds aged 10-14! From June 17th to 19th, 2025, participants will embark on a journey of discovery from 9 AM to 1 PM daily.
This unique camp thematically incorporates the expertise of forestry state park workers, VSU Cooperative Extension urban forestry specialists, and archaeologists. Through interactive projects, rotating learning stations, and guided activities, campers will explore forest ecosystems, learn about the vital role of trees in urban environments, and uncover the fascinating history hidden beneath our feet. Prepare for a summer experience filled with learning, exploration, and fun!
