In this workshop we will focus on the selection, harvest, storage, preparation and recipes for seasonal vegetables, fruits and herbs from local gardens and farms. Participants will experience tasting produce at it's peak flavor and learn key principles of the Farm to Table Movement. We will discuss the many benefits and ways of incorporating Farm to Table principles into your everyday life.
