Whether you're a seasoned griller or a curious cook, understanding how to select, prepare, and savor lamb/goat will transform your culinary exploits into a gourmet experience. With guidance from the lamb chef expert, Nick Forrest, let's embark on a journey through the world of lamb, from the farmer’s market booth or butcher's aisle to the dinner table.

Join others to learn tips and tricks for understanding lamb/goat cuts and sourcing quality, flavorful meat from local farmers. The journey from pasture to plate awaits!
