Heirs' property refers to family land that passes from generation to generation through inheritance, often without a deed, will or formal estate strategy.

This workshop is designed to educate landowners and their heirs on heirs property, covering estate planning, land transition, access, and succession. It will provide tools, resources, and guidance to help families navigate land inheritance issues and improve communication to retain family land.
