Farmers and Growers will learn about the 18 essential nutrients required for plant growth and the forms that they must be in to be used by the plant. You will learn how they function in the plants, and deficiency symptoms. You will also learn about how lime works in the soil, and what causes the soils to become acid. You will learn about nitrogen and the forms that a plant can use them, as well as phosphorus and potassium.
