If you are thinking about starting a homestead, farm or just want to sharpen your farming skills, this workshop is for you. Come join us for a late fall pasture walk and discover some of the ways the grazing season can be expanded in central Virginia. You will learn fall nutrient management skills and best management practices of fall cover crops planted for late fall/winter grazing.

Please dress appropriately for the weather, this is an outdoor event.
