Small Ruminants: Late Gestation Lambing/Kidding

Calling all beginning and experienced sheep/goat producers…Join this interactive session to gain valuable knowledge of best management practices for lambing/kidding. This workshop includes a hands-on demonstration with a birthing model. Additional topics include preventing lamb/kid loss, the importance of colostrum, strategies for troubleshooting when birthing complications occur, and diagnosing and treating newborn lamb/kid problems. Dinner will be provided. Registration required by 11/19/25.
