Starting an LLC workshop: a Beginners Guide for Virginia Farmers

This workshop provides an overview of the process of forming and managing a Limited Liability Company (LLC) in Virginia. Designed for aspiring, beginning, or experienced farmers, this workshop will equip you with the essential knowledge and practical steps to navigate the legal and administrative requirements of establishing an LLC in the Commonwealth. Tax benefits and considerations will also be discussed.
