This rare tour will start with an in-depth discussion on preparing for a low to no stress experience when adding value to your farm raised beef, lamb and goats. Learn how to understand and complete a custom processing form and etc. 5 Pillar Meats is a family-owned USDA processing facility catering to the traditional and Halal local communities. We will be rounding out the day with an in-depth tour of the facility and day to day operations.
