This workshop will demonstrate to farmers about how to manage nutrients. We will learn about the proper rates, timing and placement of Nitrogen and Phosphorus, soil testing, the addition of lime and how soil nutrients effect the water quality of our groundwater and surface waters. We will also learn why there are different soils with variable capability to grow a particular crop.

Dress appropriately, this is an outdoor event.
