Do you want to help your fellow farmer but feel uncertain how to start? Dr. Alexander E. Chan, Mental Health Specialist at the University of Maryland, will discuss how farmers can help one another be more aware of mental health, how to start conversations related to the topic, and some of the resources that farmers and service providers can share with each other to assist people finding the help they need to stay well
