  • Raising Rabbits From Farm to Restaurant. A look at barn, cage and processing unit construction, USDA regulations and marketing. (Kelly Strickland, Chesapeake Green Farms)

  • VSU Pasture Raised Commercial Rabbits. Discussion of growth, nutrition and utilizing a nutrient management plan to effectively manage waste as a cost-effective, organic soil amendment in the garden and on the farm. (Tammy Holler, Nutrient Management Specialist, VSU Small Farm Outreach Program)
