Basic Soil Science for Farmers

Farmers and Growers will learn about how to develop a healthy soil, how soils form, the different layers, the different soil particles and how they effect our potential to produce crops, the importance of porosity in soil, organic matter in soil, water holding capacity and how soil surveys are made and how they are a great source of information on your land to help determine productivity
Space is limited to 30 participants.
