Bio Recycling of Agricultural Waste into Value Added Products

Join us at VSU Randolph Farm to learn from bio-recycling expert, Dr. Adnan Yousuf about recycling crop residue from different agricultural crops to grow value added products such as romaine lettuce and oyster mushrooms. VCE Powhatan County Agent, Mr. John Few and his clientele will share how to grow oyster mushrooms for home consumption. Farm marketing specialist Dr. Theresa Nartea will share exciting marketing ideas that include simple recipes for you to try!
