Join us for a hands-on, educational workshop featuring the real-time construction of two 72-foot by 30-foot Gothic-style high tunnels in Onancock, VA. This unique event offers attendees the opportunity to observe the entire assembly process on-site, ask questions, and engage directly with the farmers and contractors involved in the build. The Accomack County NRCS District Conservationist will also be present to answer questions about cost-share programs and funding opportunities.

Please come prepared for a working construction site—close-toed shoes are required, and you're encouraged to bring your own lawn chair for comfort. A tent shelter and cold water will be provided for all participants. Don’t miss this chance to gain practical insight into high tunnel construction and network with fellow growers and professionals in the field!
