Attendees will learn the steps to successfully building a walk in cooler for on the farm preservation of their farm products. James and Stacey West, own and operate Golden View Guernsey Farm and offer fresh dairy products to their herd share owners. Their growth has demanded a larger storage area for their products to maintain the highest quality for their customers.
