Ginger workshop and field day 2026

This event provides basic information and research updates on ginger, Topics include sustainable field and high tunnel ginger production, ginger seed production, integrated pest management, marketing, and post harvest. A field tour to field, high tunnel and greenhouse ginger research and demonstration on Randolph Farm will be provided. The target participants of this event are interested growers as well as extension educators. A light lunch will be served.
